Shut Down your Samsung Galaxy S2
When it gets completely OFF, remove the battery and then again put it back in. Press the Down Volume key as well as Power button of phone simultaneously, and keep them both pressed till the phone boots to the next step – the Bootloader screen.
Now you have the Bootloader screen on your Android device andhaving these options:
- Clear Storage
Using the up or down volume keys for Yes or No respectively, select the ‘Clear Storage’ option and then press down the Power button of your Android phone to select and execute the above selected option.
Reboot to confirm hard reset.
